Summer Sounds at Hartwood, Cinderlands, Market Square - and something new from Craig Davis in the MCG Jazz Spotlight.

Marty Ashby and René Govanucci dig deeper into sounds of summer 2022 - and into September - in the Spotlight this week.

That includes the John Pizzarelli Swing 7 at Hartwood Acres, Sunday August 7 at 7:30 with special guest - the Mike Tomaro Quintet.

Marty and Renée also share a sneak preview of a new release by Pittsburgh Pianist Craig Davis, dedicated to the music of Dodo Marmorosa that features all-stars - Jeff Hamilton, drums and John Clayton, bass.
