Sunday Saari is a Minneapolis Minnesota born singer songwriter, activist, and a sophomore musical theater major at Carnegie Mellon. At age 14 Sunday began formal classical and Jazz vocal training at MacPhail center for the Arts in Minneapolis. She also began writing and performing her own original music with various musicians in the area. Her recent single “THINK” and its accompanying music video were written and created due to events of sexual assault and the process that comes with unpacking the systemic hatred of women, as well as the cages that society places us in. Sunday continues to write new songs and produce original visual work in collaboration with other young creative composers and musicians like herself!
