Dr. John Tribute with John Gresh and Gris Gris at the Thunderbird Café and Music Hall, Lawrenceville

John Gresh’s Gris-Gris have been playing New Orleans Rhythm and Blues in and around Pittsburgh since 2011. The quartet (Jimmy Adler, Robert Peckman, Mike Sweeney, and John Gresh) will be sharing their love of Mac Rebennack, a.k.a. Dr. John, the Night Tripper, with a cast of stellar Pittsburgh keyboardists, hornmen, and vocalists.

Guests include singer Phat Man Dee, saxophonist Matt Ferante (Modern Times), keyboardist/hornman Larry Siefers, and many more.
