AW Studio Sessions is an intimate music experience, live in studio, presented by the August Wilson African American Cultural Center, the first Thursday of the month through April 2021.

“I Got Life: The Music of Nina Simone” pairs jazz and soul music legends Gerald Veasley and Carol Riddick to celebrate the iconic Nina Simone.

Riddick and Veasley share a deep appreciation for Ms. Simone’s music and her desire for social justice.
