In the heyday of the TV theme (1960s–1980s), jazz featured prominently in the theme songs written by Lalo Schifrin, Quincy Jones, Oliver Nelson, and many others. Many cartoons of that era also contained jazz-inspired music. This concert will feature a collection of old and new themes.
