CD celebration concert for Jared Sims’ new release, “Analogy of the Sun.”

All original compositions by saxophonists/flutist Jared Sims and featuring an all-star Pittsburgh band including Reggie Watkins, trombone; Alton Merrell, piano; Jeff Grubbs, bass; and David Throckmorton, drums. The music is challenging, diverse and swingin’; exploring Jared’s playing on the baritone sax as well as the flute.
