PianoDay Pittsburgh is sponsoring their big 2021 event - Saturday afternoon, August 14 in downtown Pittsburgh.

A Steinway grand piano on a pontoon boat and serenading the public between the fountain at the Point and PNC Park where the Pittsburgh Pirates will be playing the Milwaukee Brewers.

Featured pianists include Craig Zinger and Joe DeFazio. A very limited number of opportunities (first come/first serve) for the public to play on the river also are being offered.

The piano will be on the river between 4 and 8 PM.

The instrument will be loaded onboard at the Lock Wall Marina on the Allegheny river at 3:30 PM.
The dock next to the restrooms on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail in Point State Park will be the loading and unloading spot.
