The Precipice Community Band Community Band expands to a 9-piece orchestra this evening for the fifth night of the Austere Joy Concert Series - "Charity." They will be debuting an entire program of never-before-heard original works for the ensemble, including a suite of calypso music that evokes the Aruban Carnival.
