Singer and songwriter, Luedji Luna was born in Salvador and studied music at Escola Baiana de Canto Popular. At the age of 34, she has already released two albums, been nominated for several awards, and has become a reference in contemporary Brazilian popular music (MPB). An active voice in racial and feminist activism, Luedji dives into her ancestry and brings in her art powerful messages of resistance, beliefs, depth, and love.
